Medical Id Store may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items. All prices listed on this website are in US dollars and all charges will be processed in US dollars.
Please note, just because you do not like what you purchased, there are no refunds. There are no refunds due to the fact that your sterling silver tarnishes. Sterling silver is well known for tarnishing, turning black, leaving marks on your wrist, necks and even clothes.
There's one huge down-fall to Silver. It turns black, it tarnishes. It leaves dark black, blue, purple stains on your fingers, wrists and neck. It even leaves stains on your clothes. Everywhere that Silver touches, Silver leaves its mark. There really isn't much you can do about Silver tarnishing. It's just the nature of Silver. Silver's a metal that reacts to chemicals. Whether it be chemicals in the air, or chemicals touching it. Silver reacts! Sterling silver cannot be engraved in anything other than traditonal etched in engraving ( a layer is taken away from the item and engraving will be same color as the silver. It does not go deep into the sterling as it is a soft material.
Please select or enter the size for your medical id bracelet, some of our products are standard size, meaning they are available only in size stated, some are available in different sizes and if you do not select the size the product description will state that we will send standard 7 inch size.
If you enter or select the wrong size, there will be a restringing charge for the beaded bracelets, some products are not able to be resized without ordering an entirely new bracelet.

In order to protect you and Medical Id Store from fraudulent transactions, Medical Id Store may provide your transaction-related information to a reputable third party organization to perform address verification. This address verification is intended to ensure that the "bill to" address that you provide matches your credit card address. Medical Id Store also reserves the right, at its discretion, not to ship items ordered or purchased on this website to certain addresses. We also have the right to refuse any orders that we feel may be fraudulent.
May I have DNR on my medical id? The answer is Yes however ask prior to ordering, as some laser engraved items we cannot put DNR on, if you want DNR on your medical id and wanted black laser and did not contact us prior, it will be engraved in traditional etched in engraving..
We do not offer refunds on custom engraving. Please make sure you read the product description before ordering, as we put the size and such of the plates on each product description. If you get the product and decide you do not like it, is not a reason for a refund. If you have any questions about a product please email us prior to placing an order.
When you are placing your order, please check your engraving information before completing the order. If you notice after you submit the order on your invoice that you will receive that you have made a mistake, please send us an email immediately with the correct information or spelling. Any engraving errors made on your part will not be redone free of charge. However if there was a mistake made on the engravers part, we will redo the plate at no charge to you.
We verify all engraving information with what you typed into the text fields which are kept on file. If you order the wrong size, we can not redo the order free of charge. Please check and double check the size you will need prior to ordering. We do not offer any refunds on custom engraved items. If we make a mistake we will redo the engraving at our cost.
If you ordered the wrong size, we cannot refund you. If you decide you do not like it, we do not offer refunds.
If you have an item altered, RE: If any item purchased is altered at all, resized by jeweler,ect, added onto, soldered onto, it will not be covered by our warranty and we are not liable for the cost of you having it altered from its original form.
If you do have to return an item that we gave an authorization to return, please understand that you will not be refunded for the shipping costs.
Please note that every photo shows up differently on every monitor.
Returning a Non Engraved Product
You will need to contact us in writing via email on why you want to return the product within 24 hours of it being delivered to you and returns must be approved and returned to us within 7 business days.
If product is received after the alloted time, Medical ID Store WILL NOT accept the return and the package will be refused and returned to you.
Medical ID Store is not responsible for your cost in returning the package and we DO NOT refund any shipping costs at all. Please ask any questions prior to ordering.
Medical Id Store Ships all packages within the United States via USPS US POSTAL SERVICE PRIORITY MAIL WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION UNLESS YOU SELECT FIRST CLASS MAIL. IF YOU SELECT FIRST CLASS MAIL WITHOUT INSURANCE AND YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REPLACING YOUR ORDER, WE HIGHLY SUGGEST PAYING FOR INSURANCE.
All international orders will ship via the USPS and you are responsible for any custom charges that may be charged by your country.
We are NOT responsible for custom charges.

Medical Id Store accepts the following payments.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal and personal and business checks.
All checks that are returned for insufficient funds will be charged a 35.00 return check fee, plus any and all costs that are associated with collecting the funds.
Medical Id Store also accepts payment over the phone.
We accept all forms of Pay Pal.
When placing an order and paying by credit card, and you receive your credit card statement at a different address than your ship to address, please make sure that you put in your billing address where you receive your statements or our secure system will not take your payment.
Upon receiving your custom engraved medical id, you will need to check your product for any engraving mistakes. We do keep orders to check to see if it is our companys' fault or yours. We engrave exactly how you type it into the order form. We do NOT correct spelling.
The more information you put the smaller the font will be. Please choose your engraving format carefully.
You will need to check this and if you find an error on your custom engraved id, you will need to contact us within 3 days of receiving it. We do have tracking numbers for date of delivery.
If you find a mistake, email us asap and tell us exactly what is engraved wrong, we will check that with your original engraving information on your order.
You will then need to either:
1. Take a picture of the engrave id and email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within the 3 days of receiving it or
2. Return the id to us via mail within 7 days of receiving it, but you will need to contact us via email prior to returning it so we can give you a RA#.
If you return it without a RA# we will not accept the package.
If we find the item is engraved due to our error, we will send out a new engraved id.
If it is on your error, then we are not responsible.
After the time stated above passes and we do not hear from you, we will not be responsible for engraving errors on our part without having to charge a fee.
Color of Tag
If you do not select the color of tag you want when there is that option, we will select the color that best goes with the band you chose. Usually Red
Our beaded medical Id bracelet bracelets are covered by a 60 day warranty which is for normal wear only. This does not include wearing a beaded medical bracelet as anklets. They are made for the wrist, not ankles.
This does not include beaded bracelets being worn in swimming pools, ocean waters, on the ankle or bathing or showering as the chemicals in the waters can destroy the beads, as some of our beads we use are peruvian ceramic which are hand painted, and also our polymer clay beads which are hand made.
We do not recommend that you sleep in a beaded bracelet as they can get snagged in the coverings, blankets,etc.
We do not recommend that beaded bracelets be worn everyday 24/7, especially for children.
We do not recommend beaded bracelets for children under age 12.
We do NOT offer refunds on custom engraved items at all, unless we make a mistake in the engraving then we will replace the tag with the correct engraving.
If you get your product and you just don't like it, we will not offer refunds on a custom engraved item.
The warranty does not include beaded bracelets that have been worn in water, including showers, swimming pools, oceans, as chemicals destroy the beads and wiring. Beaded bracelets are not recommended for children under 12 years of age, beaded bracelets are not meant to be worn 24/7, as they are not made to hold up to constant wear and tear, rough play, etc. by a child.
Our engraved products have a 30 day warranty. All warranty is voided for abnormal wear and tear. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have concerning our warranty prior to purchasing.
We do NOT guarantee beaded medical bracelets that are worn in water or during sports or on the ankle.
If your beaded medical band breaks please contact us for your RA# and we will replace the beaded band for the exact item, except under the conditions listed above.
If, the item you ordered is not in stock, we will replace it with another band of equal value or refund you. If you ordered a medical tag along with it, we will refund you the pro-rated amount for the band. Please contact us if you have any further questions. No item will be accepted without a RA#.
Warranty On Watches:
Most come with a 1 year manufactures warranty. If you feel an item is defective, you must contact us within 72 hours of recieving item.
There is a warranty fee that handles shipping back to you. That is listed in Manufacturers warranty, and is usually about 12.00.
Once your order is placed and sent to engraving we cannot cancel your ORDER. We have our engravers that work weekends and nights. Therefore once your order is placed it cannot be canceled.
Please note that some of our products are not recommended for children 8 and under. Please contact us prior to ordering.
If you have a medical alert and it breaks, please remove the product away from the child. Some products have small pieces and should not be worn by children.
Some children and adults are very rough on products, therefore take complete care and safety when wearing a medical id of any sort, as some adults and children have broken stainless steel, anodized aluminum, sterling silver, gold, gold filled, plastic and more. Please be advised that any product that has broken may have sharp edges if broken, take the product away from the person, whether adult or child of any age, to keep them safe.
We all know that any type of product, be that it is jewelry, toys and more, can break and have sharp edges.
Please do not leave any child unsupervised when wearing or using any type of product that they could swallow, get hurt on, choke, and get entangled in.
